Refund policy

At 8HoursClub, your satisfaction is important to us.
If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Returns are free of charge — we cover the return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the product arrives back at our facility.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or opened personal items (such as sleep masks or mouth tape) can’t be returned.
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, contact our support team within 7 days and we’ll replace it immediately at no cost.
