Best thing I didn't know I needed

The sleep mask combined with earplugs completely shuts out the world. Total blackout. I was skeptical and didn't quite believe the hype, but since I struggle with sleep, I decided to give this set a try. I've been monitoring my sleep quality with a wristband for a month now. During the first two nights using both products, I recorded the highest amount of deep sleep since I started tracking. I highly recommend it!

Slept like a baby

I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately and bought this to see if it would help and it has! The earplugs block all the noise from my neighbours and stay on all night. About the mask I like that the strap is adjustable so i can always get a perfect fit. It really does a great job at being a blackout mask. I literally can not see a thing when i put it on which helps me sleep better.

Back to sleep in seconds

I was having a difficult time falling back asleep after waking up due to light sensitivity. This fixed both. Its easy to start using and stays on my face. If I wake up, I reposition the mask and am back to sleep in less than a minute. Every. Time!!! It also is so great at helping me sleep in during the summer by blocking early morning sun. finally woke up feeling well rested

i’ll be honest, i didn’t expect it to be this effective. i’m a side sleeper and saw a bunch of other side sleepers who couldn’t adapt to the dream. well, turns out, for me, it was super comfy. the foam is really soft and the earplugs don’t bother me at all! it feels like as soon as i put them in, i’m in a bubble, and this made me fall asleep so fast it was like i just. disappeared into the void. no micro-awakenings during the night, and for the first time in ages i felt well-rested in the morning. no drowsiness. no fighting for my life to get out of bed. i just woke up like a normal person. amazing i didn’t realize how much random noise was sabotaging my sleep until this. if you’re even slightly sensitive to sound, these things are basically a fast pass to the void (in a good way). 10/10 would disappear again.

The earplugs are pretty good, they help sleep but i would prefer more noise cancelling. A lot of the sounds are still heard and disturb my sleep. The foam tips hurt a bit despite the smallest size and the other double sillicon tips are worse in noise cancelling properties. But you can sleep on the side wirh them and they dont fall out. Overall the noise reduction compared to no plugs is major and my sleep quality has improven drastically. Woulr love a version that ensures even more quiet in a very noisy environment

Comfort Level Alone Makes this an A+

I’ve been using the sleep mask while I’ve been in hospital and was so pleasantly surprised that it actually blacks out all light! It bloks out the light complety and with my long lashes I can stil open my eyes without my lashes touches the fabric. Only downside it’s difficult sleeping on your side, because it’s a bit thicker.
